Claire Murdoch

I teach 6th Grade Social Studies. The focus of our curriculum is to understand World Cultures and how they interact with the Geography, History, Government, and Economics of different Regions around the World. My classroom is a center for students to act as Social Scientists by conducting research, examining culture and theorizing with their peers. 

I received a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and Geography from Texas State University in San Marcos, TX. My favorite part about being a teacher is the constant growth of my students in all their different talents and the equal exchange of knowledge that happens in my classroom between both me, my students and their peers.
